ETHICAL CODE
The Ethical Code is a document that outlines the moral and ethical rights and duties that define the social responsibility of the company and the people who work there.
In its Ethical Code, Sisma describes the corporate culture, the values that express its identity, and its way of doing business, respecting and protecting the interests of individuals and the planet we live on.
ORGANIZATIONAL AND MANAGEMENT MODEL
Legislative Decree No. 231 of June 8, 2001 (D.Lgs. 231/2001) introduced a liability regime, defined as administrative but comparable to criminal liability, for legal entities, companies, or associations, even those without legal personality, for certain offenses committed in the interest or to the advantage of the Entity by subjects in “apical” positions or by those under the direction or supervision of the latter. This liability is autonomous from the criminal liability of the individual who committed the offense and is therefore in addition to it.
With this module, Sisma intends to strengthen its organizational and internal control measures, raising awareness among the recipients of the Model to adopt virtuous and transparent behaviors, aimed at preventing the risk of committing the offenses covered by the aforementioned decree.
WHISTLEBLOWING
Sisma is committed to maintain and develop a relationship with its employees, customers and other stakeholders, governed by principles of honesty, transparency, respect for diversity, promotion of inclusion and social responsibility.
The reporting guidelines aim to promote and strengthen these standards and, more generally, our Sisma values by establishing the rules to be applied in case of a report.
They ensure the highest degree of confidentiality and privacy in handling the communications received, protecting the whistleblower, the reported individual, and the involved parties.
